Kamwell's Wellbeing Research

Kamwell is pleased to share our latest research and whitepaper: ‘Creating human-centred organisations: the current state of employee wellbeing and its impact on business.’

The latest research into employee’s experiences in the workplace reveal that:

  • 87 per cent of employees globally are not actively engaged in their work;
  • More than half of employees say they are more likely to trust a stranger than their own boss;
  • 95 per cent of employees who are absent from work due to stress give a different reason for their absence;
  • Three-quarters of employees report being sleep deprived.

Kamwell, along with Raw Energy wanted to understand the mindset and maturity of UK businesses in relation to their wellbeing strategy and priorities, their current investment in wellbeing, and how they are measuring their return on investment. We conducted comprehensive research across 500 UK-based HR leaders from organisations ranging from SME’s upwards to 100,000+ employees across all major UK industry sectors.
