B Corp
At Kamwell, our B Corp certification isnât just a label, itâs a reflection of who we are and how we work. Weâre proud to be part of a global movement using business as a force for good, and we embed these principles into everything we do, from our client partnerships to our internal culture.
What is B Corp?
B Corps are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Certified by B Lab, B Corps commit to balancing purpose and profit, creating value not just for shareholders, but for society and the planet.
Why we became a B Corp
Weâve always believed that the workplace can be a powerful force for good. Becoming a B Corp was a natural step in our evolution - a way to formalise our values, hold ourselves accountable, and align our business with a community of like-minded, purpose-driven organisations.
How B Corp status aligns with our mission
Our mission is rooted in human sustainability, creating workplaces where people can truly thrive. B Corpâs core principles of equity, transparency, community and sustainability perfectly complement our focus on wellbeing, belonging and positive workplace culture.
This alignment helps us stay grounded in our purpose while pushing for meaningful change in every client partnership.
What this means for clients and partners
For our clients, being a B Corp means theyâre working with a consultancy that lives its values and walks its talk. It means we take social and environmental responsibility seriously, and that weâre held to the highest standards when it comes to ethics, governance and impact.
Whether itâs wellbeing strategy, leadership development, or culture transformation, our clients can trust that weâre committed to doing whatâs right, not just whatâs easy.
How weâre measured and certified
Our most recent B Impact Assessment gave us a score of 117.9, well above the 80-point threshold required for certification, and far beyond the average for ordinary businesses (50.9).
This rigorous process measures impact across all five areas of the business, and is reassessed every three years to ensure standards are upheld and progress continues.
